Year 4 make Roman roads – not quite as the Romans did!

Year 4 have been learning about the Romans this term. To help develop their learning about the way Roman’s built their roads, they made their own edible Roman roads yesterday!
They used plain biscuits for the rubble, custard with Maltesers and Smarties in it to substitute the sand and pebbles and lastly a layer of custard creams as the smooth pebbles. Good job Year 4!
