Life in our nursery at Kensington Wade is busy, fun and action-packed! We believe that the early years of a child’s education are the most important and we provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment in which every child can flourish and develop the vital skills that will be with them for the rest of their lives.
The nursery at Kensington Wade is set in its own standalone open-plan building with an outdoor play area. Both indoors and outdoors, our nursery environment encourages self-directed learning and a wide choice of activities for pupils to choose – from cooking to painting and water play to singing. We have a full complement of experienced and caring teachers and assistants to ensure that all pupils have a high level of direct contact, stimulation and encouragement.
The nursery at Kensington Wade is fully bilingual allowing pupils to become at ease learning in two languages.
Children can join the Kensington Wade nursery at the start of the term that they turn three. The nursery day runs from 8.15am to 3.30pm in line with the rest of the school, five days a week.
